The annual Hall of Fame banquet was held at the Decatur Area Conventions and Visitors Bureau on Saturday, October 7th. The Hall of Fame Museum curator, Joe Snedeker, was presented with the Brewer/McCord Meritorious Award. Joe was honored for his work with the southern area of Illinois and Ray Houck was recognized for his work with the northern area of the state. Also in attendance were Steve Voris (museum president), Chris Snedeker Jr. (Joe’s grandson) and John Murphy (Joe’s son-in-law).
